Jamie's Butterflied Steak Sarnie

Had this for dinner last night and it was really nice and simple. The steak tasted lovely with the rosemary, need to use tender steak in order for it to be a nice as possible.


Cook the mushrooms without oil in the pan you will cook the steak, butterfly the steak or just get really thin steak. Roll steak in rosemary and salt and pepper and coo evenly on both sides. Cut Ciabatta bread and grill in pan. Place bread on plate with steak, watercress and mushroom. Add lemon juice and serve with Dijon mustard.

Not cooking tonight because I am going to the Taylor Swift concert, so excited!!!!!!!!! YEY
