Matt Morans pasta with pickled anchovies

I had this last night and it was really nice. SO easy and extemely fast the preperation took a grand total of 3 minutes it was amazing. Also suprisingly great, I do not usually like anchovies but the lemon juice really complimented it!!!!!!!!

600g tagliatelle used linguine because we could not find tagliatelle
150g pickled white anchovies 
50g rocket
juice of 1 lemon
1 red chilli, chopped
30ml extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper

Bring a saucepan of salted water to the boil, add the tagliatelle and cook for abot 10minutes or until al dente (still firm with bite). Drain. 


Combine the anchovies, rocket, lemon juice, chilli and olive oil in a large bowl. Add the cooked pasta and season with salt and pepper, then gently toss together and serve.
(Serves 6)


Will not be cooking tonight because I am going to Hawaiin birthday party, should be awesome!!
