Today cricket is happening the one day series Australia against Sri Lanka. So for lunch today I am having a recipe my neighbour taught me 4 years ago: Tuna, Pasta and Cheese. Now it is really simple and I like to add a few things to give it some kick.
So you need pasta, tuna, cheese and if you want tomato, chili and anything else you can think of.
Cook the pasta and place the tuna, cheese and cooked pasta in a bowl and microwave until the cheese has just melted. Add tomato and chili.
This is so easy and fast and requires very little energy and thought!!! (always a bonus) :)
